If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on personailzed items unless there was a printing error on our part. If you request a preview and approve the order for printing and an error is discovered upon delivery, we will offer to replace wrappers only at a 50% discount plus shipping. Rush Fees cannot be refunded as your order goes into processing immediately after the order has been placed. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if your order has already shipped.
